I called on a Saturday to get a quote, and I got a return call on the next Monday to schedule a time for my repair for that day. Bob was great: called to schedule a time and when en route; assessed my electrical situation quickly; installed replacement outlet, conduit joint (for code compliance), new breaker, new wiring; and answered all my questions politely. Bottom line: I’ll be calling them the next time I need electrical work done.
